Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Milk low-fat 1 Banana, Frozen 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Cinnamon (optional) Directions: Put all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for about 20 seconds. Pour into glass and serve. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Ingredients: 3 tbsp Juice Frozen Concentrate, any flavor 1/2 cup Sparkling water 1/4 cup Milk, low-fat Several ice cubes Directions: Put frozen juice concentrate into a glass. Add sparkling water and milk. Stir it up. Add a few ice cubes and enjoy.

Makes 1 1/2 cups Ingredients: 5 tablespoons Olive oil 4 tablespoons Vinegar 1 cup Apple juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 small clove Garlic, minced Directions: Put all ingredients into jar or container that will not leak. Put the top on tightly. Shake jar. Shake each time before you put it on a salad.

Makes 4 small side salads Ingredients: 2 cups Spinach Leaves 1 Orange, peeled and diced 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds 1/4 cup Cheese, reduced and grated Directions: Put 1/2 cup spinach on 4 plates. Top with diced orange slices, and 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds and cheese. Pour 2 tbsp of Fruity Vinaigrette.
